About Hannah Health

Built around the work of a medication review.

Bringing a practical perspective to the preparation, information and follow-through around pharmacist-led reviews.

Editorial illustration of two professionals considering information together.

Why Hannah

Clinical work needs context.

A medication review depends on more than a set of answers. The team needs to understand where the information came from, what is still uncertain, who is making the assessment and what happens next.

Hannah Health is being developed to connect that work. It brings preparation, structured information, source evidence and pharmacist decisions into a shared workflow, with follow-up and record handover kept visible.

The ambition is straightforward: make the work around a review easier to understand and organise, while preserving the judgement and accountability of the people delivering it.

Our product principles

Clear information. Considered decisions.

01

Keep the evidence in context

A structured answer is more useful when its source and limitations remain visible. Hannah keeps collected information separate from a pharmacist’s assessment, including explicit states for missing, unknown and declined answers.

02

Respect professional judgement

The workflow supports the review; it does not make the clinical decision. Questionnaires, summaries and completed conversations are not substitutes for the pharmacist’s assessment and the record context required by the service.

03

Follow the work through

Signing a note, confirming filing and closing follow-up are different events. Hannah keeps these steps distinct so the next action remains visible and has an owner.

ARTIE HEALTH LTD

A practical focus on pharmacist-led work.

Hannah Health focuses on the workflow around medication reviews: the preparation, information, decisions and handovers that need to fit together.

Discuss Hannah Health

Designed around different perspectives.

A practice team needs to see what requires attention. A pharmacist needs to assess the evidence. An operational lead needs to understand progress without losing the meaning behind each count.

Those perspectives are connected, but they are not interchangeable. Hannah’s design gives each a place in the same workflow, with practice context, clear status words and attributable actions.

The plum identity and calm, practical interface reflect that approach: the product should make the important work easier to find and understand.

A working product, with a clear development stage.

Hannah is currently being developed and evaluated using synthetic records. Patient use is subject to separate clinical, information-governance and operational approval. We are clear about that distinction when showing the product and discussing a future service.
