These terms concern use of the marketing website and its optional demonstration. They do not create a contract to supply Hannah Health, grant clinical product access or replace a separately agreed service contract.

Information and availability

We aim to make the website clear and accurate. Product descriptions explain the intended workflow and should be read alongside any stated development, evaluation or availability limits. Illustrative screens demonstrate a workflow; they are not patient records or evidence of a clinical outcome.

Features, supported integrations and commercial arrangements must be confirmed for your organisation. A demonstration or enquiry does not establish that a deployment is approved, configured or ready for patient use. We may update website content as the product develops.

Trying a demonstration call

The test call is an optional demonstration for adults evaluating Hannah on behalf of a practice or organisation. Enter accurate contact details and only a mobile number you control. You must verify access to that number, be the person who takes the call and consent to the AI conversation and transcription before requesting it.

Use fictional examples. Do not provide real patient information, another person’s personal details or confidential clinical records. Do not use the form to call someone else, make repeated nuisance calls or try to bypass request limits.

Call availability depends on the configured demonstration service and telephone network. The page shows the status supplied by the service; a submitted request is not a guarantee that your telephone will connect. You may end a call at any time.

Clinical boundaries and transcripts

This website and its demonstration do not provide medical advice, patient assessment, prescribing decisions or emergency support. Information here is intended to help organisations evaluate a product. Patients should use their usual healthcare services for advice or care.

Hannah is an AI assistant. Its responses and automatically produced transcript can contain errors. A demonstration transcript is for discussion of the product and must not be treated as a clinical record or used to make a treatment decision.

After the call, you can request a meeting to discuss your experience. A request allows the team to follow up; a meeting is confirmed only when a time is agreed with you. Read our privacy notice before sharing information.

Content and fair use

Unless separately credited, the Hannah Health branding and original website content belong to ARTIE HEALTH LTD or are used with permission. You may link to our public pages and share their links within your organisation. Contact us before reproducing branding or substantial content for commercial use.
