Your information

Clear about your privacy.

A straightforward guide to this website, your demonstration and the information you choose to share.

Who is responsible

ARTIE HEALTH LTD is responsible for the information collected through the Hannah Health website. Email hello@hannahhealth.co.uk with questions about this notice or a privacy request.

This notice describes the marketing website and its optional demonstration. It does not describe the processing of patient information within a deployed Hannah Health service or replace the information and agreements required for a clinical service.

When you browse

Our website pages do not run analytics, advertising trackers or visitor profiling. Fonts and images are served with the website, without embedded social feeds, maps or external video players. The demonstration can load a Cloudflare Turnstile security check to protect against automated requests. See our cookies information for the demonstration session cookie, security check and private-preview hosting.

The public website and its demonstration-request database are hosted on Cloudflare. Your browser exchanges technical connection information with that service to load a page. Cloudflare may process connection and security logs under its own arrangements. A separate private preview can require a platform account and sign-in; that account is managed by the preview platform.

When you request a test call

The test-call page asks for your name, practice or organisation and a mobile number you control. We use these details to arrange the demonstration you request. Twilio Verify sends a one-time code by text message to confirm access to that number before a call can be placed. You must be the person who takes the call.

You must choose to consent before requesting the call. Hannah is an AI assistant. Your spoken responses are processed to conduct the conversation and create a transcript. The service also handles the request time, your consent, verification status, call reference and call status so that we can run the demonstration and show its progress.

Use a fictional example. This demonstration is for adults exploring Hannah for a healthcare organisation. Do not provide patient names, NHS numbers, medical records or information about your own or anyone else’s health. It is not a clinical consultation or an emergency service.

Taking part is optional. Your consent is the basis for processing your demonstration details and conversation. You can end the conversation by hanging up. To withdraw permission for further use of the demonstration record, email hello@hannahhealth.co.uk. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing that has already taken place.

After your call

After the call finishes, you can separately choose to provide your email address and request a meeting to discuss the demonstration and its transcript. We use that address, your name, your organisation and the call reference to respond to this request. A submitted request does not automatically book a meeting or subscribe you to marketing.

We rely on your consent to make this follow-up request. You can withdraw it by emailing the team. Any further correspondence is used to answer your enquiry and agree next steps with you.

Who receives information

Twilio provides telephone-number verification and call connectivity, and ElevenLabs provides the AI voice conversation and transcription when the demonstration is enabled. These providers process the information needed to deliver their part of the service. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and connection information for the security check. Brevo delivers an internal notification of your meeting request to the team’s Project Mail inbox, which is hosted on Cloudflare.

The meeting notification contains the information needed to respond and a conversation reference; it does not contain a copy of the transcript. Authorised team members can use that reference to review the provider-held transcript when discussing the demonstration with you. The website does not store the raw transcript, publish it or make it available to other visitors. The configured providers may process information outside the UK; this website does not promise UK-only processing.

We do not use demonstration information for decisions about your healthcare, employment or access to services. The demonstration is not a clinical assessment, and an automatically produced transcript may contain errors.

How long information is kept

Personal details in the website’s demonstration and meeting-request records are encrypted in its database. Demonstration records expire seven days after the request, and meeting-request records expire after 30 days. Expired records are removed on the next maintenance run or demonstration-service request. The website does not keep a copy of the raw call transcript.

The dedicated demonstration agent is configured to retain its transcript for seven days and not to retain an audio recording. This limits the time available to discuss that transcript. Separate provider operational records and correspondence can have different retention arrangements.

If you choose to correspond with the team or arrange a meeting, the resulting correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to deal with that enquiry, manage agreed next steps and resolve any related issue. Hosting and call providers may hold separate operational records under the arrangements for their services; these are distinct from the website’s demonstration record.

Other enquiries and website security

Our email links open your email application. The enquiry composer prepares an email on your device; it does not submit that draft to the website. You decide whether to send it. Opening a draft is not confirmation that we have received it. Please keep enquiries about your organisation and avoid confidential clinical information.

We use information needed to respond to ordinary business enquiries and protect this service for our legitimate interests in answering requests and preventing misuse. Technical connection details may be used to limit repeated requests and investigate abuse. This is separate from your consent to a demonstration or meeting request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information and, where applicable, request deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Email hello@hannahhealth.co.uk for a privacy request, including your call reference if you have one. Do not include sensitive clinical information. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

External websites and your email provider have their own privacy arrangements. This notice will be reviewed when the website’s features or hosting change.
