Have another question?
What is Hannah Health?

Hannah Health is a workspace for the work around a medication review: preparing a cohort, collecting structured information, keeping source evidence visible, supporting pharmacist assessment and tracking follow-up. Explore the four stages.

Who is it being developed for?

The product is designed around pharmacists, pharmacy operations and GP practice teams. Primary care networks can explore how the workflow might fit their service model. Current local evidence does not imply a deployed network-wide service.

Does Hannah make clinical decisions?

No. The pharmacist remains responsible for the clinical review and its next steps. Hannah does not diagnose, prescribe, change doses or renew medicines. The collection of answers is separate from the pharmacist’s assessment.

Does completing the questionnaire complete a medication review?

No. A completed questionnaire is collected information. Clinical review, note approval, record filing and any outstanding follow-up remain separate steps. The accountable clinical service defines the required context and completion standard.

What happens when an answer is missing or unclear?

Missing, unknown and declined answers stay explicit. Source evidence remains available to the reviewer. The pharmacist can see where clarification or further context is needed; incomplete information is not treated as a reassuring answer.

How are communication needs handled?

New or changed communication needs hold collection for an owned human review in the local workflow. This is a workflow control, not a claim that voice operation has been validated for particular languages, devices or patient groups.

Can a pharmacist see where information came from?

The workflow supports explicit links between collected information and its source evidence. This keeps original information distinct from the pharmacist’s assessment. Read about evidence and clinical judgement.

Does Hannah connect directly to GP clinical systems?

No direct clinical-system connection is currently claimed. The working route is a pharmacist-approved note export with separate manual filing acknowledgement. Any future connection needs a verified supplier contract, permitted use and acceptance testing.

What does Hannah report on?

The local product distinguishes collected information, signed reviews, filing and unresolved follow-up. These measures describe workflow stages. They are not evidence of clinical outcomes, measured time savings or a proven return on investment.

Can we use Hannah with patients today?

The current application is being developed and evaluated using synthetic records. Patient use requires separate clinical, information-governance, provider and operational approval. Read the current development status.

Is the product imagery real?

The website shows the current local Hannah Health interface using synthetic records. It demonstrates the working product layout and workflow. It does not show patient records or establish that the service is clinically approved.

How can our team explore Hannah?

Use the contact page to discuss your current workflow, team and requirements with ARTIE HEALTH LTD. Please do not send patient details or medical information through a general product enquiry. The website is not a clinical advice service.
